Daniel Foster joined Everton in the Community (EitC) in 2013 as a player on the B band Pan-Disability team. After completing his FA Introduction to Coaching Football course in 2022, he gained valuable coaching experience with our U16s and adult teams. This journey built his confidence, leading to a casual role within the EitC disability team, where he thrived during our half-term camps. Daniel says, “Working for the EitC over the summer has given me self-confidence, social confidence, and helped progress my coaching career.”
